This is what attracted me to a career in marketing. Our role is to professionally influence behaviour, both that of customers and other stakeholders with whom we work to achieve success.
With 30 years experience in this field, I am now passionate about helping others to develop their powers of influence. Far from being a touchy feely subject, many studies have proven the correlation between well honed people skills and personal, professional and commercial success.
